Public terms
Before you share a document.
The first look
Good Enough Law ordinarily provides an automated initial commercial reading of one or two documents selected in a private workspace. The first look is free. A paid full review is offered only where a further review is likely to help and its fixed price is agreed before any charge.
Private workspace
The public objective form is deliberately non-confidential. Documents are accepted only after a private workspace has been created. The private link contains an access token that L5 cannot recover if it is lost. Each file is limited to 10 MB, the workspace is limited to 100 MB and access expires after 30 days. Do not upload credentials, payment-card data or material you are not authorised to share.
Automated analysis and human review
You choose the one or two documents processed for the free first look. Those selected documents and your stated objective are sent server-side to OpenAI with response storage disabled. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the account has expressly opted in, but abuse-monitoring retention may apply. Automated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. A full review is subject to the agreed scope and relevant human review.
Optional referral after a paid review
After a paid Good Enough Law review, L5 Executive Services Limited may at your request introduce you to an SRA-authorised law firm, prepare a focused briefing using the issues already identified and arrange secure handover. This service costs £10 inclusive of VAT. The law firm's charges are separate. A firm is free to decline a matter and no solicitor-client relationship exists unless and until the firm confirms that it has accepted your instruction.
Standalone lawyer-ready briefing
For £30 inclusive of VAT, L5 Executive Services Limited may receive the documents, summarise what they say and work with you to prepare a concise set of commercial instructions for your chosen lawyer. This service does not include a commercial assessment, document review or legal advice. The lawyer's charges are separate.
L5 Executive Services Limited may also receive a referral fee from a firm to which you are introduced. If it does, the existence and basis of that arrangement will be disclosed before you agree to the introduction. You remain free to choose another firm or approach one directly.
Controlled document handover
No briefing or document will be transferred until you have been told what will be shared and with which firm, the firm has agreed to act and completed its conflicts, identity and onboarding checks and you have expressly authorised the transfer. The material will then be sent through an agreed secure route. Once the firm receives it, the firm's own engagement terms and privacy notice will govern its handling of the material.
Service boundary
L5 Executive Services Limited is not an SRA-authorised law firm. The service does not provide regulated legal advice or reserved legal activities.
Engagement
Using the public website does not create a client relationship, an instruction or an engagement. Any paid work requires a separate scope and engagement route.
