Document bytes and first-look results are application-encrypted before storage. The access token is not stored in readable form and stays out of ordinary page requests.

Documents are added only inside a token-protected private workspace. Their bytes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Do not email documents or put confidential detail in the public objective box.

30-day workspace expiry
Workspace access ends after 30 days. Expired encrypted objects and metadata enter the deletion process and cannot be retrieved through the workspace.

Only selected documents
Only the one or two documents you select are sent server-side to OpenAI for the first look. The request uses storage disabled. OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless stronger account-level data controls apply.

Controlled law-firm handover
Nothing moves without your authority.
If you request a law-firm referral, you will be told which firm is proposed, what would be shared and why. Transfer occurs only after the firm accepts the instruction, completes onboarding and you expressly authorise the handover.
